Our new matress was delivered and set up very quickly by two polite and friendly deliveryman. The removed the old mattress and box spring without leaving a mess. A first rate job!

If you have other options, absolutely explore them! Unfortunately, I have had the displeasure of dealing with them multiple times with various companies. Kitchen cabinets are my business, and I dread any time I see this company as the end line delivery agent. Delivery of product is almost impossible. They make delivery date promises and will consistently push your date. As I leave this review, they are currently holding cabinets hostage with a now 3rd delivery date promised. I can only imagine the condition of these cabinets when they finally arrive. Do not expect anything in a timely fashion.

Would be 0 if it could be. Watched them intentionally drop my mattress 5' off the end of a big Ryder box truck instead of carrying it. Then when they left, they balled up all their garbage and left it in my package delivery box, instead of taking it with them, although it was included in the price.

On delivery day driver contacted me 45min before beginning of 3hour delivery window to tell me he was about to be at my mothers house to deliver her recliner. I explained that I couldn’t be there until 10am (the beginning ofSDS’s scheduled window) or a few minutes before. He basically told me ‘too bad,’ and refused to wait for me. Delivered the leather recliner to my mother, rudely told her that they would NOT wait for inspection, or a signature to accept delivery, and simply left the chair. It has scratches and gouged on one of the legs, but I guess we have no recourse. What a terrible company. Avoid.

I had a really bad experience for over 10 days with getting product I ordered from Ikea that this company was supposed to deliver. I can’t say I’m much found of many who I spoke to over that week and a half but there’s one person that came through and personally got me everything I ordered and that was JP. So thank you to him for going the extra mile for his customers.

They were the company that IKEA had deliver my order. The order consisted of multiple pieces and was kind of a jumbled mess (IKEA's fault, not theirs). I first called thinking I had two packages that weren't delivered, but while on the phone with them I discovered the two missing packages and apologized profusely. Scott was SO nice about it. Unfortunately I later discovered three pieces that I did not receive. I was 99% sure IKEA didn't include them, but I called SDS to see if they somehow just didn't get delivered. I once again spoke to Scott who was very kind and thoroughly checked the warehouse for me. I appreciate the way Scott handled my issues (which weren't SDS', but rather IKEA's) and was kind and understanding when speaking with me. My IKEA ordering experience has been a pain, but SDS has been nothing but professional!

I placed an order I for delivery through IKEA for multiple items we need for our baby's nursery. I received a call to schedule my delivery on Thursday. I was unable to answer or return the call until the next day. I called Friday, Monday, and Tuesday multiple times leaving multiple messages and no one called me back. I finally called the company 3 times this afternoon before someone answered the phone. I'm very disappointed with this company's lack of responsiveness and customer service.
