I got charge for return damage which I did return with a shipping label after no ups carrier show up. After printing the ups shipping label took the package to a ups location and was ready to ship. It been over a month and the package tracking read still waiting for package to be ship. What a joke.

The company Grandpatio LLC uses this address for you to ship their customer returns. You'll never see your refund! I shipped my return to this warehouse a month ago and still no credit. Nor will Grandpatio Customer service help me. Sketchy company uses this sketchy warehouse. Customers beware! This has been a horribly expensive mistake.

I had bought a desk on Amazon and these fine folks are the sellers. They have purposely printed a FEDEX label to make me believe that they already shipped the item when it is still waiting to be picked up by FEDEX. I ordered on a Saturday now it’s Thursday with no word from the seller. I requested a refund but they failed to do so and instead they told me to wait 2-5 more days. I have a suspicion that they ordered the desk from China and are waiting for it to come to them so they can ship it to me. Will never do business with them again. They operate under the name IRONCK HOME on Amazon. Buyer beware.

Today is May 15th, my package has been sitting there I don’t know how long. It says shipping label was created May 5th but no farther information. Seems to me to be a little long to wait for FedEx to pick up a scheduled package from a business. Who knows if I will ever receive my items.

Worst agent. They didn't confirm the rates with us and paid to shipping carrier directly. And refused to provide the original carrier invoices. For per Diem, they always add extra amount to it.
