Got unloaded quick but can't leave. Was told guard won't be back for another half hour and he is the only one that can open the gate. You can't do this to drivers! My clock is burning and now I'm going to be late for my next pick up.

They dont follow appt time.i was here 1hr before my appt but im still here at the guard shack waiting for them to let me in.take note appt tume has past and still waiting to be inside. 3 trucks get in right away but i was here before them.

Not bad at all compared to the reviews i was reading on here. 5 am delivery appointment, so i was here at 5. they have a gate so you can park off to the side and then check in with the guard. give them your number and they call you. head to receiving and they give you a door. i was in and out by 6:15am. TA truck stop down around the corner as well.

Park truck on shoulder (left or right side) before the gate. Walk to the gate guard booth in the middle, he will open gate for you walk into booth. (Too bad Staples didn't put separate door by the gate to enter on property). Check in with guard before appointment time. He will take your cell number and call on it asking to pull to the gate.

Truck drivers should avoid this place at all cost. This facility doesn’t respect truck drivers and will waste your time. My appointment got rescheduled next time is Monday. This is a place you can’t be late. If thing’s are not going right cancel the load. You will regret it.
