The four stars are for the front desk crew only, if I could give the place 5 stars I would, but ultimately management made my experience not good. If I could give this facility 1 Star without having an effect on the awesome guys at the front and only have it reflect the management and how the company is running things, I would be doing that.
The guys at the front desk are super helpful and did everything they could to help even if the company and management itself has really difficult to navigate issues and doesn’t give them a lot of power to help.
The management, company and customer service put a disabled person in a really difficult situation and potentially dangerous situation due to not training their call center staff on their facility layouts and accessibility. Not only is this super unprofessional and unsafe, but puts the disabled in situations that can lead to homelessness and loss of people’s items, livelihoods, etc.

Came here this past Thursday and customer service was absolutely amazing. Sweetest, most accommodating staff. Just moved out here, and was welcomed by Jared. I was in an abrupt living change and needed a quick place to store some belongings. He got me set up with the perfect size unit at an amazing deal. I couldn't be happier

Beware this place is a scam. I signed up for an introductory rate and within a few months my monthly rate was TRIPLED without any advance notice. My calls and emails to inquire and complain all went ignored/unanswered, plus they recently tacked on a $15/month “tenant protection plan” that they won’t let you opt out of even if you show proof of coverage! I don’t know what customer service others are talking about because it appears non-existent, and nobody’s ever in the office whenever I stop by. It also doesn’t help that the building is old, poorly ventilated, several of the storage units have slashes or holes in the door, there seems to be a rat problem, and the metal staircase to access the upper units is consistently broken. Unless you’ve got no other options, I’d recommend you stay away.
