They send door to door sales men to get you to switch from your current energy and gas supplier. They will lie and push until you either sign up or slam the door on their face! If you sign up your rates will go up and you’ll be stuck in a 2 year contract having to pay $150 termination fee. The salesman told me I would get a $50 gift card every month to use however I want. In actuallity there $50 rewards program is also a scam!! They use different names If any one comes to your door asking you to switch energy providers do not even give them the time of day because they will push and push until you say yes

This company is a total waste of your money. They charge much more than your local company for little to no benefit to you. They say you will get a better rate but they ended up charging me 3 cents more per kwh than the electric company and had a cancellation fee too! Then at end of contract started charging an addition 3 cents per kwh so then I was paying double what I would have originally paid to the electric company. Nowhere on the bill does it say what you are paying per kwh so unless you calculate yourself every month then you won't know for sure what rate they are charging.

AS CROOKED AS THEY COME, TRIED TO SLAM (STEAL) MY ACCOUNT AWAY FROM CON EDISON WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE.THEY LIED AND SAID THEY WERE MY SPOUSE AND WERE LOOKING TO MOVE MY ACCOUNT OVER BECAUSE OF A LOWER RATE. THEY WILL BE REPORTED TO PS COMMISSION ON MONDAY 7/10/17 BY CON EDISON.BE AWARE THAT THIS COMPANY WILL TRY AND USE YOUR ACCOUNT INFO BEHIND YOUR BACK AND TRY AND LOCK YOU INTO A HIGHER RATE WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION.
