If you have a backhaul or other deliveries, call them now to tell them your going to be late. I didn't understand how a facility and company so large can function so horribly and so terribly especially in regards to receiving it's goods. I'm here weekly and on average take 3 to 5 hours for usually no more then 9 to 12 pallets. It's pathetic, I load my own trailer in the morning and perform a pre-trip faster then it takes them to unload and receive. My dead grandmother could do it faster.

It took them seven hours to unload me. I missed two appointments because of them and it cost me $500 that day. I don’t think I’ll be coming back it’s horrible.

To THE TRUCK OPERATOR 🚛 yes I give it a 4 ⭐ at least bcos they are nice 👍 no overnight parking they took like a hour to unloading b,ut i still give it good time the Bay Wass full so it's all good print service also huge parking to back into bay . they only work with appt time but make sure you arrive at least 1/2 hour prior to appt time that way you don't miss your appt got it good luck 🤞 And GOD BLESS

Don't waste your time here. If you come here and don't see this review before you take the load, keep this in mind. If you feel that leaving is better, do it. I felt it like this was the right choice, and here I'm, the appt was at 8:00 am and it is already 3 pm and just got a door. They said they were having issues with their system, like power was off, updating their system, and I check back in at 1:00 pm and they said they are taking trucks like that anyway, it's ridiculous because they should follow their schedule, I don't know who's brilliant idea was to take trucks till their system was back operating properly, those issues I been told by the guard check. No overnight parking,

No overnight parking. No trucks in the lot prior 6:00 am because of their own truck traffic. Parking in the streets. First experience 3 h average waiting. Second time 9 h waiting for four pallets. They screwed my whole day and I lost the possibility of making money. They didn't have my appt. I couldn't speak with the receiving at all. The lady at the front office couldn't call them either. No way we could double check my phone number also. That's the kind of place that makes you wonder why you do what you do. They treat drivers like slaves.

Appointment was for 7 am, checked in at 6 am and got a door at 6:30 am. I was out the door with bills on hand by 7:30 am. Big warehouse with plenty of room to back into docks. Nice and courteous staff. Great experience overall. I got here last night and parked on the street and had no issues.

Typical Mega Foodservice receiver. Upon arrival, paperwork and contact info are given to friendly enough security guards. In and out of gate within 4hrs. No overnight parking.
