We had a phenomenal experience with Alabama Moving. I can’t say enough about the owners of this company who go above and beyond to do the right thing. Our move was very challenging for a variety of reasons and they worked their tails off to meet and exceed our expectations. Really a class act business. Trent, KD & Will just completed our furniture delivery. We purchased our furniture on Saturday & they delivered on Wednesday. They were quick & courteous. Setup the furniture exactly where we wanted & plugged up our power reclining sofas too. We recommend Al Moving Co!

This company moved us from Alabama to Louisiana, recommend through our realtor. I was not completely satisfied. Communication with owner was not the greatest. They showed up to load without any hand trucks, We just happened to have one. They sent three men to load the truck but only two to unload. We met Justin and Trent at storage the morning of the unload, they both especially Justin seemed tired before they began They took way to long to unload the truck, then it started raining and some of our stuff was in the rain. They were not communicating very well with each other and I had to ask Justin to not use foul language. When bringing items from truck Justin over loaded boxes onto the furniture dolly because he was getting in a hurry and boxes with fragile items went tumbling onto the ground.Our upright freezer was scratched in many places due to it not being wrapped. They may do well on local moves but I feel the company should have sent more that two men to unload a 26 ft truck especially when they had moved another family into their house and then had to drive seven hours to this destination. The heat here did not help matters and the men didn't prepare with water and the storage facility did not carry it. I ended up going to get water for them.I haven't opened any boxes as of yet and pray everything is okay when I do.

They did a wonderful job moving my daughter from Lincoln to Bay Minette. The guys were on time and friendly. They arrived here on time and unloaded down there at the time they said they would. Very pleased with this company.

I called this company to move some heavy boxes. I’m fully vaccinated but I’m still cautious therefore I asked if the movers would wear masks while in my home. I was told they would not mind. The guys who arrived to move the boxes were understanding of my caution and wore the masks I provided. These guys were wonderful! They were friendly, efficient, and professional. They moved the boxes and stacked them so I could open them without any problems. I will contact this company again with my moving needs and I recommend them to others who may have moving needs! Great company!

Tried talking to owner about issues that happened. Was sick and unable to call until this month. Witneses and myself saw workers throwing boxes. Some of my wedding plates and mother on laws crystal was broken. I called her because I felt she should know this to prevent this happening to anyone else.
Lady was rude yelled at me and told me that her workers would never do this. She said, her brothers wouldnt do that. I was simply trying to tell her what happened but was unable to completely tell her. I was told if they dont pack it they dont cover it if its broken. She didnt want to hear what I had to say. I dont feel safe using them again. Heavy boxes were stacked on lighter boxes. According to lady I was an incredibly rude pastors wife for trying to tell her these things that were lies about her brother. She wanted numbers of witnesses and later called my husbands phone to tell him all about it. Weren't professional around a young lady that was there to help me with my 10 year old daughters things. Will not repeat what happened. It embarrased the young lady.
