No Call, No Email, No Show. I took the day off to make sure I was home all day to receive my TV I ordered from Sam's Club. Since the delivery window was from 8am to 8pm Wednesday, I would of been at work for a majority of the day and the order said someone 18 or older would need to sign off. Already waited 2 weeks for delivery. Well come 4:30pm I call the service number to get an update on the delivery status and the customer service rep could not tell me it would be delivered! "If you don't get a call by 7:30pm then call us back to reschedule a delivery time".....So I schedule a delivery 2 weeks out and still AIT can't meet this deadline? I'll make sure to never order from any companies using AIT for delivery service. Wasted my whole day for nothing waiting for a TV. Called the next day and they said they will deliver 2 days later. Received several confirmation text for a delivery window of 12pm to 4pm on Friday. Told my girlfriend to stick around the house thinking we were gonna finally get it deleivered. 4pm rolls around and I reach out to AIT. "Sorry looks like the delivery office closes at 2:30pm? not sure why the driver did not delive". Another day wasted without a heads up. Now i am gonna call Sams Club to cancel, rather go to another place that has the TV in stock then worry if they use AIT to deliver. Worst company I ever seen for shipping.

I ordered a product from a company which uses AIT Logistics. The product shipped (inside the US) 24 June and it's now 19 July. AIT has no idea where the product I ordered is located, and have done nothing to expedite finding it or reaching out to even let me know they're diligently working to fix the issue. The shipping cost $300 and they've also offered no refund for inconvenience. The product was supposed to be delivered within 2 weeks. I wish I'd have known this was the company used for logistics prior to ordering, so that I could have done proper research and not ordered.

We ordered a TV through Costco and signed up for the last delivery time of the day. They never showed up with our purchase, nor did they alert us in any way that they weren't coming. Even though we got four texts about the delivery status of our purchase. then when we tried to call Costco about it, Costco basically wash their hands of us and told us we just had to call back the next day to schedule a time to deliver it. there's absolutely no effort on the part of Costco or CEVA to reschedule the delivery

By far the most unprofessional group of people I have ever worked with. I am so upset that Costco would ever use such a company. The delivery was supposed to be white white with an exchange and delivery. The driver insisted that his paperwork doesn't show it and refused to call to correct it. They NEVER pick up their phones. They came almost two hours late from an already ridiculous 6 hour delivery window. Manager Christine did not correct the issue and decided to use a friend's truck and do it myself.

They screwed up my Costco Delivery by leaving part of the items which they are absolutely not supposed to do. The other portion of my furniture delivery was damaged and CEVA told me that Costco would send a new table to us. Costco was out of it and CEVA REFUSED to rectify the situation by picking up the chairs so we could get our refund.

The driver also never reported the damaged table to Costco. I HAD TO CALL AND ASK ABOUT IT! Ridiculous.

AIT took 22 days to get my TV delivered from Sony. Once it arrived it had 2 large holes in the box. Once I opened it I noticed the tv was shattered. Now I have wait a week for AIT to pick it up. Very upsetting.

Do yourself a favor and avoid shipping with this company or buying from a retailer who uses them. First of all, the compancy did even not schedule a delivery with me until more than a week after the original delivery estimate. Then, they claimed that they would deliver within a 4-hour time block (9am until 1pm). When 1pm rolls around, and no delivery, I call them, but they have no idea where the driver is. 3 phone calls later, the package finally is delivered at 4pm, about 3 hours after the end of the delivery window. The delivery guys says that this happens all the time, that the compancy schedules delivery windows that they cannot fulfill, so this suggest to me that the problem is endemic. Avoid using them.

So far I have to agree with everyone else, CEVA Logistics is extremely unreliable. I was hung up on twice yesterday, and today I was on hold for 41 minutes before someone answered the phone. The representative informed me that they received my package from the supplier in MD on 5/21/2020, but can't seem to locate it anywhere; yet they assure me that it is on its way. How do they know it's on its way, if they have no idea where it is!!
They are terrible! 1 star because it wouldn't let me give zero stars.
