This place is the worst. Can never get appt times right. Call the day before appt to confirm time. Get here and appt time was pushed back a day. Happens eveytime. Never get pulled in bay until atleast 2 or 3 hrs after appt

Easy spot to find once you get the name right . It's under LST now which is Lonestar Transportation. Shipping is set up electronically which was fairly easy , and loaded quickly.

Being it was my first time, went really well. No issues. The "designated loading area" is a dude without high vis on playing on a phone so ya drive past him and then have to drive around and come back in the entrance. Then he acknowledges you. Would return if asked.
Office staff are very helpful and friendly.

Very friendly respectful people. My appt for loading was at 1030am. Its 9am and I'm loaded and gone. This place is a wonderful place to pick up. Also, very easy in and out. Not hard or little room like the before review

You might have a luck loading here fast, but I am waiting 2 1/2 hours past my appointment time here. And now they pulled in one truck from the middle of waiting trucks, guessing to load buddy buddy ahead of everybody else. That says only one thing about this place. LAZY LAZY LAZY. Absolutely my first and last time here.

Btw, Delario Ward(earlier reviewer) is surely an employee here, so I would take the 5 star reviews here with a grain of salt.
