Security was cool the staff will over load your trailer, scale it before you leave so you won't get a ticket make them get the weight right before you leave out their yard, they do have some stupid security guards and they do have some sweet nice security guards depending on the shift you arrive on

Quick! You pull to gaurd shack, check in. Assigned door and hand paperwork into forklift driver. Once unloaded they bring your bills out. 45 minutes I was out the door rolling with my paperwork.

Been here for 4 1/2 hours. Showed up at 0800(when theyre supposed to open), 3rd truck in line. They refused to start checking trucks in until 0830. Got a door just after 0900. Maybe 4 or 5 other trucks have come in since then. Only 2 have left. They dropped my dock plate and started loading me at 1030-1100 but I still haven't been released. Not sure what's going on but I do know I'm gonna file for detention.
Drivers, make sure your schedule is open if you get sent here. They're gonna keep you all day.

I wish all customers where this easy and this nice. The girls working the gate where very nice and helpful. Most time people that work the gates and deal with us truck drivers are kinda rude and snappy at us. But not these girls. They actually liked their job. It was the quickest drop & hook I’ve ever done. In & out. Just the way we like it too!!

I give this company a 1 star because you all don't care about these truck drivers that haul y'all freight to the destination. These drivers has a time that they have to be at the receiver. Y'all are the reason why they be so late making it to the delivery. If this continues to go on yall will not have any drivers hauling y'all freight. I have a driver out there now that have been waiting to get loaded and he has been sitting out there at least 5 hours now. That just sad. Y'all needs to do better

This is the absolute worse I would never recommend getting service from them. They gave me a window from 4p-8pm every time I called I got the run around. Called at 8 pm told me 40 mins. 9 10 no answered or showed up to reliever my refrigerator. As a business owner this customer service is unacceptable. Please do better with other clients in the future.

Now it’s 9 30 and still no call. No delivery. Listen folks stay away from this place. Do not I repeat do not get delivery from them a waste of time.

The time is now 10 04 they literally never showed up. Ridiculous.

So called the following day. They said it was rescheduled without notice and they do whatever they want. Save yourself time and a headache. When I say trust me ladies and gentlemen I’m telling you read my review and do not do business with lowes distribution center here in Ga
