5 stars for this guys here! Cozy attitude at check in/out point. They took me 5 h before appointment and sent me straight to door! Loading time less than 2 h. Awesome!!!
You must Check in next to door 1, once you got door go there and disconnect red line. They will seal your trailer.
For delivery guys “do not break seal” ( load could be refused)

I always arrive and hour before my appointment and they don't start loading me until my detention time is about to start
So arrive at 0800 for 0900 appointment and leave at 1145. Could be worse we all know but could be better!

Bad experience.. wouldn't be going there anymore. . His name is Daniel, and i had a hard time communicating with him .. He kept ignoring me. I was trying to hand him my BOL, and he walked away and went to speak to a guy driver..seem like he was allergic to Hispanics..(lady driver) ..

Another one of those reading the comments. I thought what am I getting into. Arrived at 12:30 for a 2 PM appointment got put into a dock right away. Around 2:05 PM they started loading at 2:35 all loaded up and have the Bol in hand heading down out that 2:35 is 14:35. Not much room to park there is a truck stop near hear I would shoot for it

Trailer was swept and clean before I arrived.

Waited 1.5 hrs to tell me my trailer was too dirty to load so went to have it washed out (45 minutes one way) and came back and asked for them to check it and waited 30 minutes to be rejected again

The pit me on a dock right away. I was loaded with paperwork by 1100. Everyone was very nice. Well done
