It’s hard to give one star as the people were really friendly and nice but you will be there for a minimum of 8 hours to unload. It’s my fault for not reading the reviews before I booked the load but it’s ridiculous. I lost my backhual and after scrambling around trying to piece it back together after this mess we only pulled in $600 profit for the week. I will never take another load to any target distribution ever. One and done. Good luck bid accordingly

Well I am trying to get home for Christmas about 2 hour drive away. 8:30 a.m. appointment this morning. Arrived at 8:00 a.m. . It is now 2:15 p.m. and no phone call, no nothing. People at the window for check-in are really nice but the long delay here and the fabulous detention pay I will be making for having to wait till the cows come home more than makes up for twiddling my thumbs while they get my trailer unloaded so I can get the hell out of Dodge. If you want to make great money as a Long haul truck driver and get extra pay having to wait as long as I and others in other reviews have made then this is it for you. You will make so much money and not have to drive and deal with four wheelers and your bills will definitely be paid so come on down !!!

It was ridiculous experience with this place. My appointments was for 8am and I arrived there at 7am! Dropped my trailer and I was waiting for a call from them! I waited till 2pm then I couldn’t tale it no more and I went back to office desk! The man who I checked in with he wasn’t there so there were 2 ladies. I told them that it is been 7 hrs since I checked in and my trailer still not empty! They said the man who was here in the morning he left at 11am and when he was leaving he didn’t let those ladies know about me! So the man got all the blames! Long story short my trailer is been unloaded long hrs ago they just never called me! Those ladies apologized to me but it didn’t help me because I had my pick up already scheduled for me and because of this I missed that load! Terrible place and bad communication of the staff!!

Terrible attitude. Can’t believe it. I highly suggest you don’t come here if you can avoid it. The fact is if you’re white and straight you are the minority here. I’d rather go to Walmart. At least they are not prejudice.

Well,They need stars in minus as per their service.Very unprofessional in their work.My appointment time was 7 Am checked in at 6:30 am now its 4pm still not getting unloading.Worst place to come.Very bad service.

12/28/24 arrived at 11:15 am for 1pm appointment was told come back at 12 . Once in you drop trailer in assigned area , bobtail to staging area take paperwork in . 1:50 pm out the gate papers in hand

Have chose half a star but it wouldn't allow me. I was on time for a 6 a.m appointment And didn't leave till 8:45 p.m oh You don't believe me? Go in for a live unload and find out😅
