? TOP SHELF ! ? 20+ yrs paying my bill here once a mnth and seeing those dedicated employees is the best. Their family photos posted at their stations show more than a thousand words ? They're sharing their personal lives with the community, making them part of the family. I see them more times a month than i do most of my family members or neighbors ?Can't say enough abt their professionalism: collective, communicative, efficient, patient, respectful, smooth! ? I have NEVER experienced any different. Its like a library in there ?. Give it a second chance if it went bad just that ONE time, trust ?.

Hi guys, just sharing my last couple days in case someone is considering utilities from these guys. Two days ago all my utilities and appliances worked and were fine. Then an unannounced visit from the gas man, where he “upgraded” something (i checked and he had the truck) and left without relighting pilot on water heater. Then we asked them to fix that (i tried and it wouldn’t stay lit), and the second guy broke our one remaining gas appliance (oven) and left? Anyhow… if you have a choice, make a better one than we did trusting this dying company.

I smelled Gas in my Apt so I called SoCal Gas, they sent a tech in 30 minutes! It turns out I had a small gas leak in my Stove. The Tech ( Andrew BL 15) was AMAZING! He was calm, professional and very knowlegeable. He fixed the leak and made sure everything was working before he left as well as answering all my questions.

Takes them 10 days to send someone to reopen the line, which literally takes a minute to do, you just need their key to do it. In the meantime, we're out of hot water everywhere in the house and no heating either...
this company is a joke
