I arrived at 404p for my 5p appt. I checked in with guards. You must follow the green line all the way around the parking lot make two lefts and park. Make sure you complete login online. Someone in the office will call you to assign your door. I received my call to a door at 436p. Back into your door, remove lock but don't open them until advised. They came about the doors at 547p. They began unloading me at 607p and was done by 633p. I had bills in hand at 727p.

I hate these warehouses and people will not Accomadate Truckers for parking they kick you out as soon as your done thanks for our products now get out! That should be wrong and illegal

Ok .. weird things happened to me .. I have just 12 palles ... 8 for here and 4 to SIGMA, Lancaster CA .. they charged me $400+ for unload 22 pallets ((( whaaaaat ? ))) I only have 12 on trailer . And $$$$ because restack .... $$$$ for broken pallets (( not true)) .. and $$$ for nonsense fees (( mixed pallets.. etc .. etc .. )))

I told them that it was just 8 pallets to be unloaded... ... And yes .. they reduce half price .. but just because I saw the detail of price to pay.. which I wasn't supposed to watch.. the dispatch will pay it in full ..

Even though the half price .. still have a lot of funny charges..

So .. be careful.

Arrived at 1615 for 1700 appt, was given door immediately. Just paid lumper at 2220, got paperwork at 2240. 2 stars because at least I was at a door for the delay. Rest of shift is shot...why bother having appointments we might ask? Oh, and they want 378$ to unload the goods they ordered that they took all day to unload.
Guard shack and lumpers were very courteous; guessing they have staffing shortages.

1600 appt. Arrived 1350, Had a door assigned as we checked in. Had lumper before trailer bumped dock. Unloaded full trailer frozen foods in less than an hour. Settled up lumper and Called for bills 30 mins later. Great group of people working here.

Arrived On Time For My Delivery. Did A Mobile Check In . Door assigned within 30 Minutes. 2 1/2 Hours to unload. Rude Staff Members and a lot of lack of communication. No one told me that I Had To PUT THE PAPEWORK INSIDE THE TRAILER BEFORE BACKING TO THE DOCK . No Overnight Parking .

So my appointment is for 7:30pm. I parked nearby and the App check-in states that I can check-in awhile early. (OK cool) I do so. At 4:15pm I get all kinds of notifications and a call saying go to door #412.
I proceed to the guards entrance and the one guard goes off on me and starts yelling sir you need to leave sir you need to leave as I'm trying to hear this guy on speaker phone trying to help me figure out why and what is going on.
There's no need to be totally rude and ugly in the middle of already confusion.

This overweight miserable about life over eating depressed pig is worthless at being a security guard.
Only thing in his life he's even able to raise is his voice which will get stopped one day also when he gets throat punched.

One of the worst.... 6 hours still not finished.
Got here an hour before my appointment, checked in right away with the app. Got the door 30 minutes after my appointment. Now it's 6 hours after when I got here... lost my next pickup because of this.
Make sure this is the only pickup or delivery for the day before heading here. You're definitely going to miss your next appointment.
Food truck comes at 5 pm fyi
