I am grateful to all drivers who write reviews. I always read them before I arrive. I went to this place with a very bad mood, but luckily I had a good experience here. I had an appointment at 6 am. I arrived at 5:30. I was immediately given the door and already at 7:30 I received a notice of payment of lamper fee in the amount of $70 for 24 pallets. Everything went well for me.

My appointment was at 2300 I got here at 1700, I check in at 2130, they assign me a door with in 10 min, 45 min for unloding, girls in guard shack are nice, free parking, b4 or after delivery

I give this DC 2 stars and that's only because some of the employees are helpful and have some sense of professionalism and urgency. If it wasn't for them, I honestly would give this place 1 star. I'm going to list my findings
1. they change their procedures as often as I change my clothes, which is daily.
2. Upon entering for live unloading beware you could be there for hours.
3. I recommend that you check in an hour before your appointment time so that you may actually be docking at your appointment time.
4. because you are not told where to drop your trailer a lot of drivers don't use common sense and just drop their trailer anywhere, which now creates a cluster F.
5. there is parking outside the gates so at least once you burn your time during unloading you can ease your way to the parking lot and finish up your 10-hour break.

first of all, Morning Gaurd shack is really rude, don't miss with them, what they say is just accept it, when you come to this location, make sure to sleep tight, cause they not gonna put you in dock right away, it takes al teast 3 or 4 hours to put you in dock, try to come to this location

3 hours to unload 15 pallets. I don't care because I am spending the night in their large lot. No bathrooms for drivers. They unloaded me quickly but what took so darned long was getting the paperwork back. The security guards were very friendly. One guard got a new car today. I hope he enjoys it!!

I have been here multiple times, but today is a side show. 6am appointment and it is approaching noon. My load has not been touched yet. Receiving doesn’t have a clue what the lumpers are doing and nobody will tell you anything. This is probably my LAST EVER visit to this place. I would rate ZERO Stars.

Check in a lil before 0900 for 1000 appt. Had to wait for a call for a dock. Got called 2 mins before 1000 back in to dock and don't touch me until after 1200 almost 1. Quick unloaded but now I am waiting on a text for bills being ready to pick up. :/
