As someone who has moved at least 20 times over the last decade, the Lock & Roll Crew were top notch, stand up, and a quality crew of guys. They arrived on time, took every instruction and particular preference I provided, worked diligently with minimal breaks and without any “sluggish” movement (that other moving companies use to run the clock and the money straight out of your wallet). I would hire them again if I ever needed to move! Thanks for everything today!! We appreciate you all so very much.

I hired Lock & Roll movers to move my 80 year old mother. Matt, the owner was kind & patient & replied promptly to questions. Each member of his 4 man crew were fast & hard workers. They wrapped our furniture in blankets & then shrink wrapped around that to keep blankets in place. Their manners were great, always saying mam to both my mom & I. We actually enjoyed our interactions with them. I highly recommend Lock & Roll for anyone needing moving services!

Matt & his team are awesome. They have done 3 moves for me. They are very professional, efficient & very kind. The price is right, but their other qualities are also very important to me. They are by far the best movers that I’ve used, and I highly recommend them. This latest move was for my daughter who just graduated from law school in Fayetteville and was moving back to Little Rock for her new job. She was so impressed that she has shared Lock & Roll with friends who will be moving later this summer.

I was in a bind from not one but two moving companies backing out. I called Matt and felt grateful that he had a crew available immediately. Then when they showed up and began working, I knew I'd been blessed. They worked quickly and took great care with every box, bag and antique. Matt provided us a quote to move our mother to an assisted living facility. After the job was complete, they asked for $400 more than we were quoted. I stupidly paid because I was just caught off guard. They said it took extra time and mileage. You are in the business of moving. Even I can figure mileage based off Google maps. We reached out to Matt and he offered to split the difference with us and we agreed to that. He said he would send us a refund check. That was Sept. 20, 2023. As of Dec. 6, 2023 we have received nothing but “the check is in the mail. Terrible way to run a business.
Update: On Dec. 7, 2023, I drove to the business and received a refund from Matt. Still shouldn’t have had to happen this way.
