I'm not from Jonesboro, and stopped here by chance. It's a beautiful location. The staff was friendly and courteous. And the nicest gentlemen walked me through replacing my toilet "guts", and other parts I needed!

I highly recommend Paris Ace Hardware. I’ve purchased extra programmable vehicle keys from them and programming is included with the price. Much cheaper than a dealership. I’ve purchased items from them that other stores either have to order or they don’t stock the items locally.

I ordered a Big Green Egg grill for my husband's birthday present off of the website. Gazaway was the local dealer. The assembled it and delivered it to the exact spot I asked them to. They called me a few days before delivery and the day of delivery to keep me updated. I will definitely be using them for any of my hardware needs!!

Whenever I walked in, I was immediately addressed by a worker and he asked me what I needed help finding. I did need help and he took me and found the item that I was looking for. Then whenever I went to check out, the lady who checked me out was really nice as well. While I was there, I had to use the restroom and it was pretty clean.

Nice store and great people! I went to Lowe’s looking for something and was pretty much told they couldn’t help me, one man did try though. I came to Ace and in less than 5 minutes a very nice man behind the counter showed me exactly what I needed for my project! Thank you for your help and kindness!
