Wish there were more stars than the five provided. More than enough space to maneuver between dock and waiting area. Straight to a dock assignment and loaded within one hour, tops. Just follow the instructions provided, it will go like clock work! Will definitely be back!

I had a hard time finding the place at night. There is no sign saying Porter Ave. You could put a sign up or get the City to do it, but once I find my way to the building, I was treated nice and had a hard time finding the pick up number the guy told me what it started with. I still didn't see it, he may I see your phone I said yes you know what number you looking for and he find it hidden behind another sat of numbers. The service of loading was great and I have a door behind I finished making my cup of coffee. Thanks again for the service..

I do drop and hooks here often and have never had a bad experience. The loads are typically heavy but well balanced. They are usually ready hours ahead of time too which is great given the current state of the industry.

Not bad, but if you go down Porter Rd, it's very narrow and not marked with a street sign.. So many cars are coming out you will be waiting. If you miss this turn on Porter, you will be sightseeing all downtown Spingdale, which is bigger than it looks on map / GPS. I did it at 1700, not fun, and side streets to get back are NOT truck friendly.
Once you get here, hit the red exit button to get into their yard. Park on the right side in front of the doors. There is normally room, depending on how many trucks are here and trailers dropped.
Door #'s 51 - 47 on the right side of the office you will want to blind side back. There's plenty of room to do it. Lot more room to move around, and then I thought there would be at location. There is plenty of space between doors to back.
When you get in you fill out a check-in form. Then, when you leave, you fill out a check-out form. The driver check-in is in the middle of the doors, big sign above it you can't miss it.
Not bad once you get here, but don't miss a turn. You will add an hour to your time if it's rush hour.

I pick up here every Friday. Check in is a breeze. The staff is very kind and professional. Takes about an hour to load a full trailer, that’s including getting your paperwork. Always a great experience for me.

They do have overnight parking. Had appointment at 1000, checked in at 0700 and was out at 1100. If the load is going to Mexico, the paperwork might take a little longer, but nothing crazy long. The people from the office were really nice and the kid too, who loaded my trailer. Have patience and check in with a smile. They do have a really clean restroom so please be respectful and don’t screw it up

Everything great. Starting with the check-in process, getting a door being unloaded and have the ability to stay there for your 10hr break. People are very friendly. That company stands out in a good way
