Tight Docks, very limited maneuvering area, nowhere to queue and check-in, usually bustling with drivers more concerned with their timetable than willing to make room for you to position your trailer. I have seen many more confrontations than those willing to make room for others (pretty much every time I've been here). Management here are not blind to what happens in the yard but are limited to their abilities to deal with the driver's attitudes.

They are incredibly slow to unload. Plan about 5-8 hours before you will get unloaded.

Other than that, the check in people were great and nice. Parking is pretty tight but it’s not too bad.

Would be a 5 star if they unloaded quick but I missed my next appointment because of how long it took them.

They need to set more realistic appts so that you will actually get unloaded at your time you were scheduled for. Lumper company sucks, I wish I was allowed to unload my self.

2-17-25, Monday, 7:30am. My dispatch directions were don’t be late, don’t show up more than one hour early. 8am appt, 7:30am arrival. I was unloaded a full trailer in about 40 minutes.

I arrived at 5:00 pm. My appointment was next day at 10:00 am. I requested the Receiving gentleman, John to unload me. He was Cooperarive. He said, "will try, check with me after two hours, however, very likely, you will be unloaded tomorrow morning."

I checked at the window again around 7ish, John was not there, however, other person said, I don't have space. Sorry.

Can't blame them so far.

They let me stay there in the parking lot. I stayed overnight.

No Bathrooms though. Porta party ONLY.

Next morning I tried to check in at 6:00 am. The lady refused. Asked me to come back at 9:30 am.

I went to window again at 9:00 am. There was another gentleman, checked me in and gave me the door.

I was on the door at 9:24 am. Keep this in mind, my appointment was at 10:00 am.

I got the green light at 1:45 pm.

4 hours and 21 minutes since I was at the door and 3 hours and 45 minutes since my 10:00 am appointment.

When you enter in the parking lot, you will feel as if it is a wrong entrance, you will see sign Organically Grown, keep moving, you will see the sign, Grocery Outlet soon.

Receiving office is between doors 13 and 14, staff is nice and friendly, ample parking and usually easy to park. Across the doors, there are trailers parked. However, if the door you are getting, across if trailer and tractor both are parked, you are in difficulty situation. Please be careful. I am attaching the pictures so you know what I mean. Pictures are not in order.

I have rated this location 4. However, if there was a bathroom available and unloading would be in less than two hours, I would rate it 5.

Great experience. Arrived 1 hour late for my appointment, which was 5pm. Check in quick, got a door, within 20 min I was empty papers in hand.

Picked up a load going to Idaho Falls, i agreed and signed contract with AJC brokerage to haul the load, we agreed on 11800 lbs, after we got there and got loaded they said there is still more space on the truck and loaded extra product, with total gross of over 33000 lbs, which is almost 3 times more then agreed weight, they refused to pay extra money for having to haul thru mountains with heavy load, only reason why we took it in the first place was the light weight. But they didnt care about us and they refused to reimburse us for our hard work and effort, changed agreement conditions just like that and nothing we could do about it. Shame

If you've never been here before, here's a cheat sheet on how to enter the facility and to help assist you while on property. The entrance is off of Sandy Blvd. just west of 201st Ave. Proceed down to the shipping/receiving door located between dock doors 13 & 14. Correctly follow these steps for assistance. Have a good day, and most of all, be safe drivers.

10-11-23 I’ve had appointment for 9am but checked in at 6 am and gave door right away.. was unloaded within 30 min. Yes lot is tight to maneuver around but It’s not impossible..but if your having trouble just ask the yard guy to do it for you or guy trucker nearby to help you.

You can park around the street for overnight or inside the warehouse.
