Places two orders with this company and they have been superb to deal with. Website is cumbersome for a newbie but they have been helpful on the phone and by email. Quality craftsmanship for sure. Every door was dead on the 1/16" measurements given them and they were best price of the shops I compared.

If I could, I would leave ZERO stars!
We ordered from this company multiple times, and each time we had issues. The last order, not only did they forget to put our order into production, and I had to email them and ask when the order would be completed(I know this, because it shows when the production date was on the invoice, and it was a day after my email asking for a completed date so we could pick it up) but they didn't even get the order correct. Half the order wasn't even on it, and the other half was wrong. When I called to have them correct their mistake, they acted like I was at fault, but agreed to remake the new doors. After the new doors were made and completed and ready to be picked up, we had them charge our credit card so we could come by and pick them up. When we picked up the new corrected doors, we found we had been charged for the wrong doors(their mistake) and the new doors. We did not take the wrong doors, and only picked up the correct doors. When calling them again the next business day, I was again reminded that it wasn't their fault, it was mine, that it wasn't their fault they read my email order wrong. In the end, they did refund the money for the wrong doors, but continue to let it be known, that they were still blaming us for their mistake and took NO responsibility for any of it.

Great doors at a good price. I use them all the time. Only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because I have got doors that I was going to stain before that had very bad sand scratches in them. Other than that everything has been great.
