I too read all of the negative reviews and this was not my experience at all. Lorena at Hot Shot was very helpful in confirming that our shipment was on the way and coordinating delivery of our shipment the day after it arrived with them from Wisconsin. The driver Domingo called when he was on the way and used a pallet jack to unload the 600 pound shipment, brought it down our driveway and into our garage, when the shipper had only paid for curbside service. Very good communication and great customer service.

I've seen many bad reviews of this company, but my experience was perfect. I contacted them a couple of times by phone to confirm the likely delivery date and time. Very polite and helpful every time. The delivery came in the window promised. It was a large package of garage cabinets, well packaged on its own pallet and they quickly got it off the truck and placed it where I needed it in the garage. Very happy with the service and their approach.

Was supposed to deliver a SWING SET to the back yard and instead they left 4 GIANT BOXES in my DRIVEWAY and did not even attempt to knock on the door or go to backyard. Worst customer service rep too!

They don't even deserve 1 star rating. I purchased a massage chair and paid for white gloves delivery and haul off my old massage chair (these were all noted in writing). I called to scheduled delivery and they gave me a 4 hours windows and I asked to give me a 30mins -1hr. heads up call before arrival. The lady over the phone also confirm the pick up of the old massage chair, I told her instead of having to pick up the chair and hauling it off, a friend of mine would like to have the old chair and they can simply move it to the garage. The day of the delivery, they called and said they are 15mins away. I said my son is running an errands and should be there in 15-20mins. The very rude delivery person on the phone seems annoyed and said he can only wait for a few mins. I reminded him that I requested 30mins. - 1 hour phone call, and asking him to wait for 5-10mins while he only given me a 15mins heads-up call is not un-reasonable. Anyway, they waited for 1 min, before my son returned home but already showing all kind of attitudes. The delivery person said he needs to charge an extra $50-$60 to move the old chair to the garage as that was not part of the deal. I called and talk to him over the phone and tell him moving the chair to the garage is easier than having them moving the chair to their truck and hauling it off, and I already have paid extra for this service. I even tell him, just haul off the old chair as the original order and delivery the new one... He kept talking all over me and said that was not part of the deal and demand the money. I told him we won't pay the extra and he left the house without the delivery or hauling off the chair. I called the office and talked to the manager and he claimed the original order never includs hauling off the old chair, I said, the lady who setup the delivery even confirmed the "picking up the old chair" and I have all the paper works that stated I'm paying for "white glove delivery and pick up old chair". He said "if you keep arguing with me, I will disconnect this call and you won't get your chair". I actually hung up the call as I was shocked how this company can stay in business. I am reaching out to Osaki and the original place of purchase of this chair to request a cancellation of order or delivery without using HOT SHOT FINAL MILE. Hope no one else would have to deal with these guys.

The proper rating is zero stars - I, like many others, did not have a choice with this delivery service as the vendor we bought from used a transport company who then dispatched to Hot Shot Final Mile. I have a custom made desk that was shipped in 2 packages. I paid for White Glove Delivery as I didn't think I could wrangle a 250 pound desk on my own. The first time they scheduled to come out, all seemed okay until they came in with only 1 package, not 2. It took me 6 phone calls to get them to go FIND my package they lost! Then they made me wait another 11 days for the white glove delivery. Scheduled a time, but changed it, and then missed it altogether. No call, nothing. I stayed home in case they showed up and they finally did - with no intention of assembling the desk which was included in the service I paid for. They simply dropped it off and left. I have no idea how they are still in business.

My last order that was supposed to be delivered by you guys got rescheduled twice by Hot Shot Final Mile. Both times I was not notified until the end of the day, causing me to waste TWO days off from work. Come to find out, the product was not even in their warehouse. How do you even schedule a delivery when you don't have the product?
Now I'm currently waiting on another order from Home Depot that was supposed to arrive between 9am - 1pm yesterday. I called the dispatcher twice, and was told 2pm and then 5 pm. It is now 7pm still with no delivery. I've wasted ANOTHER day off work.  They've rescheduled me for Thursday, but cannot guarantee delivery in the morning so I have to take ANOTHER day off work.

I'd give it zero too if I could. I was waiting on delivery and assembly of a large items. I paid extra for "white glove" service. They changed the delivery time window a few days before - not a huge deal.

Day of I am sitting a few feet from the door and didn't hear the "knock". I get three quick phone calls that hang up after the first ring before I can answer. Call them back and find out they are my delivery people.

Since they thought I wasn't home they left this big, heavy box blocking my garage and left. They didn't knock twice they didn't ring the doorbell.

I ask them to come back and they say no because they have a timeline and a route. Since this was supposed to have assembly I asked if they could come back at the end of the day to finish because they will be getting to their next one early and should have time. They say they don't do assembly and aren't trained on it and that I need to call and schedule another person to come out.

Asked why they didn't ring the bell. The response was that I have a ring doorbell so they assumed I'd get a text message .

Asked them to come back and at least get the box in the garage so it wasn't blocking my car. They said no and they didn't have all day to wait at my house for me to show up.

They claim to have been at my place for ten minutes. I checked the video. 26 seconds at the door, one knock, no call, no help.

Called the office to complain - they say there is nothing that they can do. They have a route and a timeline. When I say that the team said that they are not trained to do assembly she said, "they shouldn't have said that".

I have no idea how they are still in business
