Be careful with your love ones the driver are very disrespectful and talk crazy too people in their supervisor don't care I've heard so many bad reviews about them saying something now because I experienced it myself

I don't mind riding the buses in Hot Springs. The drivers are nice and they don't put up with craziness on the bus. Just sitting at the depot can be frustrating because of the bums coming from the park. They are constantly coming over to BUM something off of someone. That's my biggest issue!

The buses are nice and wheelchair friendly. The drivers are extremely nice. They need more covered bus stops though and more stops at popular places.

Not only is it the Transport Hub for all the Intracity Busses, but it's also a little museum for the former Train Station it's housed in. That's awesome in of itself.
