Your first 45 days will be good but the second you get assigned your new dispatcher your miles will be cut and you will be doing a bunch of short runs with a bunch of unpaid layovers. They claim they have an “open door policy” but when you go talk to anyone about the issues they have attitudes and say nothing is wrong and “your in good hands” Good Luck.

Great place to work!! People here are great to work with ! Paycheck is always correct, plenty of miles to keep you moving and some of the best dispatchers I've ever worked with,and the best part about working here is they haven't lied to me yet! That's the main thing with me is don't lie to me .

My husband is currently stranded in Arkansas at the terminal as I type. He was tricked into brining his truck in for “inspections” but truth is, he was headed to being fired. We live 11.5 hrs away from
Arkansas. Leaving me, a wife with serious health problems, to drive all the way to get him. No warning , no way home, NOTHING. Just flat out fired and stranded for being late to a delivery after hurricane Helene hit. He had to detour over an hour because of trees and lines being down in our neighborhood and surrounding areas. He reached out to let them know the circumstances and we thought everything was ok. Weeks later now he’s fired for it. They also stated that threats were made through emails and phone calls which is a LIE. On top of all of that, they wanted him to leave most of his belongings in his truck as they took him to an airport to “figure out a way home” leaving him 30days to get back to Arkansas to get his belongings or they would trash it. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. I hate these fake so called family oriented trucking companies..

And let me just add this , they kept my husband’s check and won’t pay him.. all of the bad reviews I’ve seen has been from BLACK PPL except 2 … that’s says A LOT about this company.

Call for details, the recruiter was very short with me, and she treated me like I have no experience, I started driving in 1998, own my own trucks, been to all 48 states including Canada, was a million mile driver plus in 2 different companies, they offer up to 70 cents a mile is there advertisement but only offer 54 cents per mile, I took that as a insult , I ask are they only looking for non expensive drivers she said that was rude and hung up, I was making that much 12 years ago , at that small amount of money, they are not looking for experienced drivers, I would look elsewhere.

My dad worked for Bozeman for many years. I hadn’t seen my dad in many years. He was hurt very badly while at work. He ended up dying for several reasons. I have spoke with many other truckers who have said no other company would have taken care of dad like Bozeman did. From the hospital stay in El Paso, helping us with accommodations so his wife and I could be there while he recovered, to transpiration to a local hospital until his death. They treated them both like family, including me. They had checked on him almost daily…making sure all his needs were being met. Cindy…the safety person was amazing. The whole Bozeman team. Who does that! I’m a nurse and not even my own hospital would care for me like Bozeman took care of dad and his wife during the whole process from recovery, to death and after. I don’t know everyone’s names but you all are amazing people and an amazing company! You truly do
