Great customer service for many needs. Not only are they a storage and I-Haul facility but they also have a United States Post Office and offer many other services including fax service. However, when you visit this business do not, I repeat DO NOT read the sign on the television. Your brain will still be repeating it days later.

The most genuine and helpful people you could ever want to work with. I recently moved to Little Rock and chose 2 units too small to hold what I needed to store. They found me one larger unit the perfect size I needed at their sister storage at Chenal-Kanis. They made it easy for transfer over and did it in record time. I have a storage unit here and used their postal services for the first time today. One of their staff spent ten minutes talking to my talkative toddler son and his stuffed animal, and helped him pick out a lollipop from their candy bowl. He went above and beyond in the friendliness and customer service category. It was fun.

I'll drive out of my way to avail myself of the services of THIS gracious and "UBER capable" team of professionals, whether to ship overseas or get quotes, or stock up on shipping materials.

Each of the men and women are VERY skilled in handling the shipping and answering questions about rates, delivery times. There's RARELY any waiting, given the warp-speed at which they take care of business at the counter. The men, without being asked, will cheerfully volunteer to lug stuff into the store, or out to the car. They care about the customer as well as the business!

I particularly appreciate the camaraderie and the over-the top hospitality that distinguishes Chenal 10 Storage: there's an upholstered chair or two to sit, if you need to address some article; there's a bowl of candy that is placed by the door; the whole place is spotless, organized, seasonally-decorated and it exudes all the charm of "country store gatherin' spot."

I ship almost everyday (and done so for years) and when I have a postal question these are the people to whom I turn first. This "ain't no slack outfit"...this is a well-managed team of motivated people at the top of their game. I truly look forward to heading over to Chenal 10 Storage Rating: 10 Stars, A++++++++

Dropped off a box for shipment to LA, paid $51.00 on March 18, 2023. Today is March 30, 2023 and USPO tracking online shows box is still sitting at USPO 24300 Chenal Parkway. Called USPO 24300 Chenal Parkway and given runaround. No one knows where the package is and no one can help. Suggested I go online and open a case. Bottom line-use Fedex!!! At least if they lose a package, they try to help and take some responsibility.

The staff here is the nicest I've encountered in Little Rock. I will not use any other post office. I do alot of E-Commerce and they're always willing to help me measure and locate the right box, tape my labels to my packages and even help me with loading and unloading when needed. There is always a staff of four or five employees and they always say "Have a great day" when I'm leaving and are well-versed in U-Haul trucks, trailers,and multiple storage options and services. Notary services available. Climate-controlled units available in multiple sizes. US Mail is collected daily at 5:30 PM and goes out the same as if it were at the regular PO. Avoid those long annoying lines and pointless drives to the USPS and let Chenal 10's staff take care of you! People notice great customer service and this establishment definitely stands out from the others! 5 STARS!
