I went to my unit after it rained and found the cement moist with my boxes wet. You can clearly see in the pictures my outlined boxes. I messaged the company several weeks ago and still have not heard back.

On top of that, I just started renting in December. The storage coverage fee has went up $2 and now the locker fee is going up $12! Only 5 months and already 2 payment increases!

I will be leaving before June incease!

I highly recommend this place for any of your storage needs. I moved into the area recently and found myself in a pinch. The owner of this place remained open beyond their business hours to accommodate my work schedule allowing me to get a decently sized, climate controlled unit on no notice. The price was very fair and the facility was high quality.

But also, the people that own this place are just good people. I came to the storage unit one evening to drop things off and the owner noticed my front tire on my car was low. Dude helped me air it up right there!

These are kind, decent folks. Give them your business.

One of the cleanest storage centers in the whole area! I thought the rates where very reasonable and the new managers they have are very nice and helpful. They had boxes available to buy and it was a great place to store our stuff in between moving! I would highly recommend this place!!!!

We used two units while we were in between houses selling and buying. Everything went smoothly their prices are reasonable. Only to no fault of their own the construction made getting in and out difficult.

I first contacted this storage unit via email on a weekend from their website. The owner was quick to email me back and told me if I needed in the unit that weekend he could come up to give me access. He was very pleasent to deal with. However, since then, I've had nothing but problems. I went up to get my storage unit and pay the next week. I was assigned unit number 621 by the property manager. Later that week, my family went to put belongings in the unit and it had a lock on it. It was raining and we had to get things put up quickly. We found another unit that didn't have a lock on it and quickly put things in. We tried contacting the property manager several times to tell him of the issue. When we did finally get in touch with him, he told us that unit 621 wasn't our unit (even though that's what is on my paperwork) and the unit we quickly put our stuff in was actually our assigned unit. Fast forward a week and a half, the monthly rent is supposed to be automatically drafted from your bank account on the 1st of the month. On the 4th of the month I had noticed it hadn't come out. I contacted them by email and he told me that the card hadn't gone through because the expiration date was expired (it had not) even though he's the one that entered the card. He entered the info wrong, but wasn't going to bother to contact me to let me know. In this same email, he just happened to add in that my unit didn't have a lock on it so one of theirs was on it and I needed to come put my own on. We had put a lock on it the first day we went. I went to the storage place the following Monday, I began asking several questions and it wasn't until then that I was told the fence had been cut. My storage unit had been broken into. I've not been happy with the customer service and the lack of being informed. Like I said, the owner was pleasent, but dealing with the property manager has been totally different.
