The first time I used WW Shipping was the day before I was going to be a vendor at a Bazaar and decided about 3 hours before they closed that I would like a sign for my table with my Facebook page and contact info on it, and business cards would be nice to have, and pass out. I walked in and Dawn greeted me like I was an old friend. I told her what I wanted and she not only said no problem, and she had to create the cards and the sign for me. So in that short time, she designed the cards and sign beautifully and stayed open a little late so I could have them that night, because I had to set up at 7am. If that wasn't above and beyond enough, she said if I ran out of business cards, call her and she would print more and have them delivered to me at the Bazaar in North Little Rock. I feel like I have a wingman when it comes to any service she provides. She is one the most bubbly, energetic people I know. I'm grateful she's on my team. Thanks Dawn.

I've had two frustrating experiences at this store. The first time, I went in for a copying job, but their machine was broken, so they directed me to a shipping store down the street by Papa John's. The second visit was to ship a box out of state via FedEx. Despite having FedEx signs both outside and inside the store, the owner told me they couldn’t handle FedEx shipments. Additionally, there’s a noticeable odor in the store, possibly from the dog they keep there or the old building. Save yourself the hassle and head to the other store on the same road by Papa John's—you’ll be glad you did.

I was very relieved to see this shipping office open in Jacksonville since it was the only one at the time and I needed two sided copies to be made before my packages were shipped. Since the shipping office nearest to my home reopened, there has been no reason to redirect my patronage, due to the very conscientious and premium services I have always enjoyed here.
