Got stuck here because my ticket wasn’t being accepted by the faulty machine. Kept spitting it back out and telling me it’s not accepted. It was in fairly flawless condition. Cars piling up behind me and no one coming out of the office. I had to pay a lost ticket charge of $30. I’ve written 3 emails to PLATINUM parking and no answer. Garbage service. 💯

No receipt when I got out. I needed the receipt to get a reimbursement from my company. There are cheaper parking in the area. I paid $30 for parking from 8:45am to 6:15pm on a Wednesday. If you drive to work and need to reimburse your parking expense, find another parking garage.

Not even a star 0 we keep paying in every possible way and yet you still have our car and now stuck here
