The staff at this store has been super helpful every time I go. They helped me find EMT pants that actually fit well and helped exchange an item that I was having issues with. I have to drive a little to get to them, but being able to go in person is such a nice option instead of having to always buy online and have to exchange things that don't fit. I'll be recommending this store to everyone I work with

First time ever inside a 5.11 Tactical and I must say I loved the experience and if it weren’t for Wayne we would have been lost and also missed a lot of info such as the lifetime warranty for these pants! We will be back and hopefully still have Wayne to help us out!
