Didn't like the new owner. We were charged a late fee, which was fine - we were late, However we cleaned out our storage unit 1 DAY after the new monthly billing cycle started and got charged for the whole month of October. Understand now the billing cycle for that unit started on the 28th of September and we cleaned it out on the 29th of September and STILL got charged for September 28th through October 27th.

When I first checked on a unit there were none available. I was called that afternoon when one unexpectedly opened up. It was bigger than I needed. Less then a couple days went by and they called to say another had opened and it was what I needed. They are always so nice.
