Not Amazon beginner friendly. They semed to be more full service, but found them to be just a warehuse, you provide the lables and make shipping arrangements. Customer service is slow, no one there to answer the phone, just a voice mail. I've had product inhouse for a week and still haven't got it shipped to Amazon.
