I'm watching how forklift enters my trailer real fast and moves up and down I hope the freight and my reefer chute are ok!! assjuice brokers !!!

To be honest i would like to give them zero stars at all, they are busy in their talk show and ignoring the drivers at the window. There was line up for the trucks at security but they were giggling and talking loudly in the security office. On the other hand i had the appointment at 10:30 am and it took them 6 hours to unload the container. Till 4 o clock they even didn’t turn the red light, such a shame on this company. They didn’t value the time of drivers.
Overall, the head of the company should needs to look on this matter if he/ she has the time.

Who loads pallets past the trailer doors so you can’t close the trailer doors - winner winner chicken dinner if you guessed this place and when confronted told what do you want us to do about it Load the trailers correctly. Had to go back on to the door and sit and sit and sit and well I’m here still sitting. I thought I would never say this but I’m pro robots loading trailers. Everyplace I’ve been using that technology is spot on and I’m in and out. What a joke!!

Dont come too early only 1hr before appt. ..no overnight parking... Police patrols at night & will light you up...

We tried to call before we got here. Guardshack said they don't have a phone number to give out because they ONLY deal in emails. Make sure your reefer is Full. See picture. Problems getting in to get unloaded count on staying here 2 days.

Terrible place drivers.
Very slow checking in, unloading and loadeding 4-6 h
This place definitely needs new management. Avoid this place.

Terrible place. Delivery appt 1pm,
I arrived 30 minutes earlier.
They didn't have door available for me.
I got door at 3:15pm, after 2 hours they started unloading me. Emty at 6:02pm.
