Terrible location. Avoid this business if you value your time and money. Ordered a U-Haul and arrived to find that the reservation wasn’t activated. Went home, spoke to U-Haul and U-Haul was able to fix the reservation. I drove back to the location and entered my care number and uploaded my DL photos and opened the combo lock to find an empty box with no key.
I try not to bash businesses but this is clearly a very poorly run operation. Now I have to scramble to find a replacement U-Haul at a different location who’s owners run things more smoothly.

Be aware this is a robot location only. There is no live person to help you here. That being said, If you fully check in the comfort and leisure of your home then it could be an ok experience. However if you show up without having uploaded your drivers license and downloaded the app, you will be hunched over your cellphone for 45 minutes. My truck was there and I did get moving but it was a challenge. I will double check next time I order and go to a real uhaul location with real people. It will be worth the drive for me If I can find a real human location. Im not ready for the robot world. Givon Wayne

This location is HORRIBLE! They are extremely disorganized. We did a mobile pick up... wanted to get our truck at 7:30 and when we arrived to pick up our truck it was not set to mobile pick up so we wasted 30 minutes talking to customer service to get them to set it to mobile pick up. Once we went through everything in the app they gave us a code for the key and the key WAS NOT IN THE BOX!!!! It was open and empty. We wanted to do a mobile pickup because we were on a tight schedule and instead we wasted 45 minutes and then had to come back once they were open and get our truck which in turn caused us to have to rearrange our busy schedule. Once we returned the truck we were charged for driving 70 miles when we only drove it 34 miles. We did not take photos of the speedometer so we can’t challenge it so PLEASE take pics of the speedometer if you make the horrible decision to pick up a truck from this location because they are doing what they can to get a few extra bucks. We were supposed to pay $64 for 12 hours and ended up paying $114. Absolutely rediculous.
