Very clean and nice, this place is brand new, but unfortunately very expensive. To be fair, just about all temperature controlled and well maintained self storages facilities are expensive. Here is the main reason as to why I say they are too expensive…by and large, a self storage business is a very low maintenance business, they really don’t have to have anyone there all day long for upkeep like a “Coin-up Laundry” facility or a retail business, or any other business that requires you to have sales or staff on duty and pay them, so there are hardly any expenses other than the utilities. So a self storage facility really doesn’t have anything to maintain or manage through out the day or everyday other than to monitor once in a while the temperature controlled unit. So, in my personal opinion self storage facilities by and large charge way too much for what they are; it’s practically an automated business with very minimal upkeep. It’s one thing to make a good living, it’s another to make a good killing. Obviously, it’s my opinion, you don’t have to agree.
