Great staff. Knowledgeable & helpful. Not a big display of firearms, however I'm sure they can get whatever you'd like. Support your local small business and give em a try!! **update** I've had some significant work done for my rifle and TA is awesome to work with, and is an encyclopedia of gun knowledge.

Edit - this was a misunderstanding. Private party was using this shop as a meeting place without shop owner’s knowledge. Not the shop owner’s issue. He reached out to me right away.

Was interested in a shotgun listed in Gun Broker. Noticed the seller was relatively local to me and messaged that I’d like to look at (and probably buy) the older collectible used gun in person. The seller responded that I could look at the gun and shared the name and address of this store. I assume he was the owner. I messaged him that I was on the way and would be there in about an hour. He responded and confirmed that he would see me at the store in an hour.
I drove about 40 miles and pulled up at this store to find it closed, with the parking lot gate chained and a sign reading that they were closed for a week. I attempted to contact the person that agreed to meet me and received no response. Text messages went unanswered and phone went directly to VM with never any return call.
Wasted 2.5 hours of my day. Very unprofessional and rude.

Called to inquire about a trade in for a p320 compact and the two guys I spoke with on the phone, one of them was Bobby the owner, were very helpful and nice. Came into the store and while I waited I can tell the guys behind the counter enjoy a good conversation with anyone and were very helpful and knowledgeable. I was quickly helped by the two guys and I had nothing but a pleasant experience. I got a very good trade in value towards my new handgun purchase and Bobby was generous enough to let me hold on to my gun till my new purchase came in. I've had nothing but a great experience here and will continue to support them.

The gun community is so full of judgemental gun snobs...Not at 2Bear Arms. These guys are knowledgable, down-to-earth, helpful, and ready to discuss any needs that a potential buyer may have. 2 Bear Arms is and will remain my primary gun store.

The guy was nice. Knowledgeable. I went for 6 different types of ammo and they only had 2 of them. But that’s okay. They have some neat looking walking sticks and stuffed animals there. My kids enjoyed looking around. Will be back.

This is a great store. The Francis family are good people; they are fair and ethical. Their store is well stocked and it is impressive. They are firearms experts, and straight talkers that provide excellent information along with quality products. Soon, they will open an indoor range and I will gladly patronise it.
