Staff is extremely pleasant to work with. I currently have two units, with them.

I have my RV parked in their secure lot. Very well lit, and spaced out parking. What I was paying at my previous lot, they offer here as a covered lot.

I also have one of their storage units. With the extreme cold, I was surprised to find the units heated. The roll up door will close if no activity crosses the sensor. I like this feature. If someone forgot to close that door, it will time out and close automatically. Keeping your unit safe. Also very clean and well lit in the storage units. I would definitely recommend.

Prices are very reasonable.

I came in person to reserve storage unit and Penske truck. We set up a reservation for a specific date when they were meant to be “open” as, duh, we set it up in person and was advised to do the final steps of renting the unit in person on the day of the reservation. I get there at the advised time (11:30) and the doors are locked with no one inside. I stayed in the parking lot until 12:50 calling and waiting as maybe the staff had a lunch. But no, I continued to call all throughout the day with hardly any response. The first time I got a hold of someone they put me on hold for fifteen minutes to “find out where the staff is” and then proceeded to hang up on me. After that I spent another four phone calls with Penske asking me about my reservation, transferring me back to the phone number(1st class collisions number) that was not answering, and once more sending me back to the phone number (again 1st class storage) where I eventually gave up. Why set up an appointment if the facility is just going to be closed on a normally staffed day without notice. I even received confirmation texts the days prior and the day of the appointment. What was meant to be an easy process of picking up a truck and bringing it to store in their facility turned into having to transfer my Penske reservation (which was equally as difficult) to Home Depot at 4:30pm and finding another storage unit. My 11:30am appointment turned into a whole day ordeal, and was not completed until 10pm.

The facility was nice and clean. The CSR who rented the storage was excellent. His follow up was the best part.

New facility. Secured with cameras. It is climate controlled but still kinda cool in the winter. Staff friendly. Has bathroom. Floors could use a good sweep every now and then. But i would recommend.
