I will recommend 10 Federal Storage to everyone I know. We are moving due to new jobs, and I looked at a lot of other storage companies. I went with 10 federal because they were the only ones that had an affordable monthly rate, and the half off for the first 2 months had me sold. They are a great company, and the facilities are very clean and safe. Also, the customer service representatives are very kind and knowledgeable.

We are here today with a U-haul to move out and the gate will not open. We have called multiple times and no one answers, although we are within open hours. No customer service. No way to get in. Constantly raising prices while constantly downgrading service or any points of contact for issues.

Place is trash. Maintenance guy is rude as can be. Gate consistently has problems and ZERO HELP. Can’t get anyone on the phone or the stupid kiosk inside that does not work. Don’t waste time and money here!!!

Update:

2/2025: 10 Federal has gone up on the rent for a 5x10 outside unit, now over $100!
I moved out last night and they're website doesn't give instructions on anything other than move out. There is more to it than that so make sure to talk to someone, as they give more details the next day after tapping the move out tab.

I really do not recommend this facility, go with a locally ran facility. One with a property manager on site.

Now 10 federal is charging a bogus technical fee of $3.99 effective September 1st, like they are not getting enough of the consumers money as it is.

I do not recommend this facility. They are not cleaning around the units there was debris all around my unit and inside the unit so how did that happen. I was late and ask them to wave one of the late fees on my account and they would not do this, they're only out for the money and have no heart.
The contract states that they WILL go up on the rent every 3 months and they do, so if you are in need of a long-term rental you definitely do not want to come here.
There is never anyone on duty they don't even have an office at this location any longer so there's never anyone that you can talk with face to face.
Clean this place up for the price you charge!
My unit is not even climate control and I have to pay $99 a month for a 5x10 outside unit,rip off.
I expect my contract to be redone for the rate that I originally started out at at $55 that they're advertising for, and was told NO, REALLY!?!
When a person is struggling they definitely don't have the money to go rent a truck to move their belongings highly do NOT recommend this place!

Don't be fooled by advertised low rates. We rented a unit based on advertised rate. In the few months that we have had the unit rates have gone up twice and extra fees added once. Now paying much more than what we originally agreed on. We were given a price per unit then required to pay for insurance and later had a fee added for "new technology" upgrades and the monthly rate has been increased.

I am rating 10 Federal on renting Suite 100, which is NOT a storage unit. My experience has been very professional in dealing with the call center. I would like to give a loud and energetic shout out to Amy!!! She has been very pleasant and courteous while helping me set-up the rental agreement for the space. I look forward to having ReVive Bodyworks at this location.
