I hope I can rate 0 star for this place if I could. Very BAD attitude from the old guy!!! Since we do have a lot of stuffs to ship today and do not have enough cash, we hope them can weight stuffs first so we can go to the bank and get some cash. He said with very bad attitude that ask us to get more than enough cash to make sure we can pay no matter how many pounds our packages are, so he doesn't have to estimate weight our packages. Actually their price is not good but we trust them cuz we used to ship packages from here. However, we got very bad experience and never ever come again!!!

除非是非常令人失望的商家，我一般是不会写差评的。但是这一家，让人很愤怒。非常不负责任的公司。不仅运送得超级慢，而且商品损坏竟然说是天气的缘故，来推脱责任。要求赔偿完全不受理，完全不顾及顾客利益和感受。但凡拜托快递公司运商品到国内，都是因为疫情期间因为不能亲自回国等各种原因，才愿意出高价来寻求这些服务。但是，他们的物流造成运送的商品完全损坏，鱼油因为他们的物流处理不到，又运送耽搁，导致整瓶整瓶的融化掉，完全不能使用。他们竟然说是天气热的缘故，完全不负责任。以后绝对不会再使用！！
